1. Returns
- The Customer is required to notify the company of any defects or complaints within 14 days.
- Products must be unopened, unused, or unworn and have packaging or tags intact. We cannot offer exchanges. i.e. in original and complete packaging, with all insertions and parts. Failure to do so might result in the goods being returned to the customer and the grounds for refunding the goods being nullified.
- In the event of receiving faulty equipment, please contact customer services and request a return. You will then be issued a returns number so the goods can then be returned. Ensure that paperwork with the goods includes the returns number on the outside of the parcel, as well as stating your name, telephone number, fault details and proof of purchase.
- Faulty goods should be returned in original packaging. Failing that, alternative protective packaging should be used to prevent further damage.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for any returns sent back to Passion4Play.
- If we deem the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Item supplied in sealed packaged that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- For obvious hygiene reasons, there are several types of goods are exempt from our returns policy:
-Lingerie and items of clothing
-Condoms
-Intimate or sanitary products
-Lubricants
-Goods that are not heat sealed in the box
2. Refunds
- All refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds are only granted once all goods are returned to the company for evaluation.
- The company holds the right to refuse a refund under reasonable rights.
- The company reserves the right to charge a handling fee of up to 25% of the invoice value if the goods are returned due to being ordered in error.
